Awareness
See the pattern clearly
Full diagnostic including BodyScan at Gloo Studio and programme set-up including your introductory first session. Your specific pattern identified and the reason behind the behaviour understood — not at a surface level but at the level where it actually lives. Insight is the deliverable in Phase One.

Weeks 3-7
Intervention
The inside work becomes active
Three decisions installed that change the foundation. The biology (converting your body into a fat burning machine) introduced after the psychological groundwork is in place. Studio and online training running alongside throughout.

Integration
Consistency becomes identity
Consistency stops being something you try to do and becomes who you are. This time there's no going back. You can then jump into a Gloo membership, continue online or a combination of both.
